Private Individual Classes

These one-on-one sessions are created around the personal goals and needs of the student. Individual classes can be taught in any format, including but not limited to informative alignment based instruction, restorative, meditation, breath work, yoga nidra, or a vinyasa class with abundant hands on adjustments.The length of each class can be dependent on intent or schedule, usually one-two hours, and can involve up to two students.
